Challenger continues to impress employers, students

In the latest Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) survey, 97.6 per cent of industry respondents said they would make such a recommendation.
Challenger Institute administers the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Learner and Employer Surveys each year to assess the extent to which students and employers are satisfied with training delivery and standards.
While employers were clearly pleased with Challenger’s training delivery, students also rated Challenger’s expertise highly.
Almost 94 per cent of students said Challenger’s lecturers had an excellent knowledge of the subject content, while an even higher percentage said their training focused effectively on the skills relevant to their industry and interests.
The extensive semester 1, 2013, survey of more than 1,200 students and employers delivered a range of findings that served to illustrate why Challenger was named Australia’s Best Large Training Provider.
Highlights included:
  • More than 90% of our students are satisfied with their training
  • 91% of students would recommend Challenger to others
  • More than 95% of our trainers are effective in their teaching
  • More than 97% of employers say our training is focused on relevant skills
  • 95% of employees gain the skills from Challenger that their employers need.
Participation in the survey program is a requirement for all registered training organisations under the AQTF.
